BABY DEVELOPMENTAL MOVEMENT EDUCATION
- BEING WITH-

Interactive time for babies till 1 year old and their caregivers

The first year of baby's life is a time of landing into the body, into the environment, of a rapid development and of exploration. This exploration starts with touch and movement and through those the baby knows itself and the world around. They form the foundations for further development, for ease and flexibility to relate, to learn, to move, to regulate emotionally. Sessions with the baby and the caregivers are focused on the baby's inherit sense of curiosity and individual needs of each baby and its environment, with the intention to support and enhance the foundations of these patterns in an interactive enticing way.

Being with is a time to explore together thought touch and movement and play.

My offer is twofold:

1:1 Sessions - where I come to the baby's natural environment for 45-75 minute meeting during which we allow the space be fully supportive of the baby's and also the caregiver's needs, allowing the natural flow of creative interaction to arise. Observations, movement, conversation about the developmental stages and movement patterns could be some aspects of the shared time.

Contact me if you would like to learn more and meet.

Group sessions - where I invite several babies and their caregivers to spend time in Being together, playing and interacting, allowing time and space to be without agenda and judgement.

These sessions are happening under the collective The Nest Space, in Berlin, weekly on Thursday. More info on this link.

I am certified Infant Development Movement Educator (IDME) by moveus.de.

The program described in words of its creator, Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen,:

This program is a highly sophisticated and subtle approach to the observation and facilitation of normal movement patterns in infants. The approach incorporates the child’s curiosity, interest and individuality into the relationship with the educator. It is child centered and relationship centered, and child oriented rather than task oriented.
