Mindfulness Practices

Being mindfulness is the most easy and the most difficult thing to do - in the present moment all is very clear, there is no agenda, no judgment, no expectation, and this is exactly when the mind comes in with future and past thoughts. Therefore mindfulness becomes a practice of knowing of the mind's dances and utilising it's powers when needed, and letting it go when not. This has been my practice for years, using different tools, and it has allowed me to become friends with the thoughts and ideas and inspirations that are coming to me, to the present moment. With the practices I then create a space, where all can be, can co-exist, and where I can make a choice, what will I engage with. This space is a gift, a sacred temple, where I start from, and that I'm continuously nurturing with being mindfull.

There are two options - I'm part of a collaborative project Imagine Mindfulness where we offer amazing fully online MBSR classes to support people all around the world. Or if you wish to find something specific to you, I've been creating mindfulness practices in individual sessions and I'm happy to explore it with you.

Beyond the MBSR classes I have launched my own project Mindfulness Embodied that brings together the different modalities of mindfulness practices, principles from CI, BMC© and various philosophies.
